In 1297, the Head of the Provincial Court, the direct founder of the Talmberg branch and a direct bearer of the Hroznata coat of arms. The Hroznata family was one of the few that did not directly engage in the war against the King, so did not forfeit property. He founded Talmberg Castle. He had two sons – Diviš (Divish) and Nezamysl.
