Vitality is a character statistic in Kingdom Come: Deliverance. The player's current Vitality level can be seen in the Player window below their character. It can also be seen on the Stats tab where players will see a breakdown of the actual level and any buffs that may increase it.
You can read the book series Marathon to level up this skill.
Description[]
Vitality determines how much a character can endure. The more vitality, the more stamina and the faster it regenerates, the longer the character lasts without getting tired and the longer he can run. Running, surmounting obstacles and surviving combat enhance vitality.
Players obtain Vitality perk points at every third level up and then at Level 20.
