- This is very useful when combined with Wine Bibber in hardcore mode, as most wine products can be used to restore health, but have high alcoholic value. With both perks it becomes much more negligible and allows players to use said wine as healing potions.
- The Top Shelf perk actually reduces the debuffs (negative effects) of alcohol rather than its intoxication rate or alcoholic strength. This means that when you drink spirits, the adverse impacts (like reduced stats or hangover penalties) are lessened, allowing you to enjoy the benefits of alcohol without as many drawbacks.
