Thick as Thieves - Simon is an activity in Kingdom Come: Deliverance. The Miller Simon sets Henry three different tasks, all of which involve stealing various items. Similar quests are offered by Peshek and Woyzeck, two other millers.

Walkthrough[]
The brocade
After proving your worth to Peshek in The Good Thief, he will tell you to travel east of Sasau to Katzek Mill, where the Miller Simon has a few things that need ... "collecting."
Simon will first ask Henry to steal the valuable brocade from the Sasau tailor. Go to Sasau and, at night, sneak into the building and then into the workshop on the right hand side.
The tailor will have put away nearly all his items, so go around behind his bench and find the brocade neatly folded on a shelf in the corner. Steal it, then take the fine brocade back to Simon, who will reward you with 175 
.
The beer recipe on the shelf
Next, Simon wants you to steal the beer-brewing recipe from the Innkeeper of Uzhitz. Go to the Inn of Uzhitz, enter through the main door, then go to the left room where the ladder leading to your bed is.
The roll of parchment with the beer recipe is located on the shelf between the two trunks. Go back to Simon and give him the recipe in exchange for 225 .
Finally, Simon wants you to steal some spurs from the Cobbler of Sasau, which rightfully belong to Baron Sebastian. The cobbler will be in trouble if he is found to have lost them.
The trunk with the spurs
Go to Sasau, and the spurs are located in the trunk in the shop on the left. Pick the lock or steal the keys to access the trunk, then take the spurs to Simon, who will give you 250
