Taras Mura is a deranged knight in Kingdom Come: Deliverance II found in the abandoned mines west of Old Kutna.
Some time ago he was tasked by a Father Martin with guarding the pit of hell inside the mines to prevent demons from coming out. Father Martin agreed to have the locals provide him food and water, but did not tell the locals the true purpose of sending provisions into the mines, causing speculation. Eventually, the locals stopped doing this which causes Taras Mura to lash out by killing their cattle. Furthermore, his long solitude in the mines has caused him to mentally decline.
