When you repair your own Armour you're able to pad it so it doesn't jangle as much and lower your stealth ability.
Notes[]
- In essence, this will reduce the Noise stat from any armor, and is so powerful in its effect that you can wear full plate armor and chainmail, and still be decently stealthy for how much armor you are actually wearing.
- Lightly armored players, however, will reap the full benefits of this perk, as it is very hard to not get 0 Noise if you repaired all of your armor.
