Human vocal chords aren't designed for making animal noises. It'll take a while before your throat is settled enough to start barking again.
How to Obtain[]
- After learning how to bark from the Spooky Dog, Henry will have to bark to scare off Felix's Friend. After barking, you'll get the debuff which will prevent you from barking again. You will have to bark 3 times before the mate runs away.
- Only available during the quest No Rest for the Wicked while trying to scare Fearless Felix's mates.
