Sadist is a perk in the Warfare skill category in Kingdom Come: Deliverance. Can be unlocked from level 8 of this skill.

- When you draw an opponent's blood, it gives you a +1 Strength bonus.

- This perk can remain useful even once the player has maxed out Strength since it serves as an indicator that an opponent is bleeding. At that point, the player may simply decide to defend until their opponent surrenders or dies.
