Roe deer are a species of wild animal found in Kingdom Come: Deliverance. They can be hunted, but any items harvested from them are considered stolen, as deer belong to the King. Poaching is also a crime, so Henry should be careful about who sees him, or who he tries to sell to.
These are the smaller, grayish deer species. They are also very skittish, even with the Wild at Heart perk.
During activity Fat Profits, Butcher of Sasau wants Henry to get 4 roe deer kidneys.
Note: As with all poached meats hunted in the entire game, if you cook it at a cooking stove, the stolen tag will be removed.
