The Rathaus can be built during the reconstruction of Pribyslavitz during the DLC From the Ashes. The Rathaus functions like a town hall and, Henry, as Bailiff, can use it as his residence and headquarters. Marius also lives and works here.

Although the Rathaus is important, the building is expensive and requires a lot of money in order to function. It is not advised to purchase it until your village starts generating some income, or you may be forced to pay large sums of money from your own pocket.

Temporary Rathaus[]

The tent will serve at the start instead of a real Rathaus. at least you'll have a place to lay your head before you get a proper Bailiff's residence built.

Rathaus[]

Every sizeable village should have a Rathaus, the seat of law and order embodied by the Bailiff.

Extended Rathaus[]

The extended Rathaus is much bigger than the original one, affording possibilities of further improvement into a comfortable Bailiff's residence.

Henry can also purchase improvements. (Note: Images are under the collapsible tabs on the right.)

Notes[]

  • The Rathaus's exact income is modified by the wage you negotiate with Marius. His standard wage will cost you 55 Prague Groschen, the requested pay-rise will set you back 80 Prague Groschen, and overpaying him will cost 120 Prague Groschen.
  • A storage chest will not be available in the village until the extended Rathaus is built.
