You move almost silently in the rain. The noise of your footsteps is reduced by 70%.

- This perk has its uses, but it is considered better for players who wish to hunt game and traverse in the wild, as it allows to sneak up more closely on animals to get a clearer shot. It is still decent to have even in towns though.
- It compliments well with Forester.
- It works regardless of you being "in" or out of the rain. The perk automatically activates while it rains, therefore it is very useful.
