Pickpocketing is an activity in Kingdom Come: Deliverance. After Awakening, Peshek will teach you the art of picking pockets if you ask him to teach you.

Synopsis[]

Miller Peshek promised to teach me how to pick pockets.

Objectives[]

  • Go behind the mill with Peshek
  • Try to steal Peshek's dagger.

Walkthrough[]

Go speak to Miller Peshek, and ask him to teach you pickpocketing. Although highly profitable, it's very dangerous, as if you are caught you'll get the guards called on you.

Crouch behind him, and hold to begin picking his pocket. You will need to hold it for a few seconds to rummage in the purse. The longer you can hold without being noticed, the longer you'll have to pick the pocket (beware, when the icon becomes red, you will get caught).

Once you let go of , if the victim hasn't noticed, you'll have the chance to grab whatever goods you want. In this case, you have to steal Peshek's dagger (it is the only item). Flick past the empty slots to the hidden compartment, and click to reveal what it is. If you want to steal it, press again - but be wary, everything you grab takes a chunk off your time, and if you haven't clicked the door icon to get out by the time the timer runs out, you'll be caught red-handed.

Notes[]

  • This activity is repeatable, just speak to Peshek and ask to do training again.
  • If you wait too long, Peshek will grow tired and leave, thus failing the activity, just speak to him to try again.
  • No matter what you do, Peshek will take back his dagger right after you steal it, you can't keep it.
