The Overseer is a minor character in Kingdom Come: Deliverance. He was a monk at Sasau Monastery, supervising the construction site with the assistance of his Hand. The Overeer's office is located on the second story, to the left of the Monastery entrance.

Biography[]

During the quest The House of God, Henry visited the Monastery in order to discuss an accident at the quarry, which resulted in the death of a quarry-man named Jarek.

The Overseer, hearing that Henry is in Sasau on the orders of Sir Divish of Talmberg, is cooperative, but admits he is mostly in charge of the administration aspect of the work - although he did note that usually the shipment is in one large block, while that time it came in several smaller blocks. He advised Henry to visit the Master Builder for more information.

Later, during All that Glisters, the Fresco Master will tell Henry that the Overseer has been unable to procure quicksilver for over a month. He does not seem to like the monk, calling him a "pompous git", and complaining he leaves most of the work to his Hand. True enough, if questioned, he will simply send Henry to speak to his assistant.

Bugs[]

  • During The House of God, the Fallen block will be stuck in your inventory indefinitely if you do not return to the Overseer after speaking with Rupert of the Talmburg quarry to hand it in BEFORE concluding the quest. Though it is weightless and causes no real in-game issues, it may cause psychological issues for the player, especially those of the OCD variety.
