As Henry is right-handed, his off hand is his left hand. It can be used to carry shields (classified as weapons) or tools like torches.
Shields are a Defence weapon in Kingdom Come: Deliverance. Their primary function is to deflect incoming weapon blows, but can also be used to push an opponent away. They come in many different shapes and sizes, and are held with the off-hand and forearm using straps or handles located on the inner side of the shield.
