Novice Jodok is a minor character in Kingdom Come: Deliverance. He was a novice monk at Sasau Monastery.

Biography[]
Jodok is the most senior of the four novices. He tells Henry he joined the monastery rather than live in poverty. His father, a poor landowner, had nothing to leave his youngest son, but did manage to scrape together the funds to send him to the monastery - a life that Jodok is more than grateful for. He is so keen to integrate himself with the older monks that he will turn in the other novices for even minor infractions. If Henry decides to confide in Jodok regarding his search for Pious, Jodok will point the finger at Siskin.
However, reading the Abbot's notes in The Abbot's List will reveal a different story - he is actually from a wealthy family, and when he was fifteen he raped a young girl and blamed a farmhand. He got away with it the first time, but was caught when he tried doing it again to another maid. The maiden's enraged father demanded he be sent to a monastery. Henry can confront Jodok about his past, but the novice will try and turn the tables on you, threatening to tell the Prior - but he wont.
During Nasty Habits, Henry would discover that the circators, John and Stibor, have been sneaking down to the cellars to drink, which is against Monastic rules. As it turns out, Jodok has been supplying them with wine in an attempt to curry favour. When Henry confronts him, he dismissively admits that he doesn't mind the double standards, as he hopes to enjoy the lax rules applied to older monks when he joins their ranks. He even asks for Henry's help in obtaining another casket of wine, which involves stealing the Monastery keys and sneaking out.
If you agree to help, you will need to procure a key or a lockpick, and then arrange to meet Jodok at midnight. Jodok will accompany Henry until he manages to get through the door, but wont go any further, simperingly pointing out that one person attracts less attention than two - and nothing Henry can say will convince him otherwise.
