The lethean Water is a type of potion in Kingdom Come: Deliverance, which can be prepared at an Alchemist's bench.
Recipe Description
If you want to put to rights the imprudent choices of your life, all it takes is one mouthful, and you can chose your perks anew. Beware though, the procedure is irreversible and painful.
Potion Description (Effects)
Drink one mouthful and you'll forget all earthly experience. Obliterates all perk points, so they can be used elsewhere.

Ingredients
- Spirits
- Fly agaric x1
- Wormwood x2
- Belladonna x1
Herbarium
- Pour Spirits into cauldron
- Grind two handfuls of Wormwood in the mortar and pestle then add to cauldron
- Add Belladonna to cauldron
- Boil for three turns of the sandglass
- Allow to cool fully
- Add the Fly agaric
- Distill
- Collect using phial
Notes
- This removes all perks, giving back the perk points without lowering any levels.
- Due to its extremely high alcoholicity, it can immediately cause alcoholism.
- Due to this, it is always recommended to have a Hair o' the Dog potion on hand when drinking Lethean Water.
- Brewing Lethean Water will only ever produce a single potion from each batch, regardless of the player's skill level or any alchemy perks that increase number of potions per batch.
