Lamb is raw food item in Kingdom Come: Deliverance, and is a type of raw meat. It is obtained by hunting sheep, can be cooked to make cooked lamb, used in a drying shed to make dried lamb, or used in a smoke house to make smoked lamb.
If you killed the sheep yourself, its meat will be considered stolen, as sheeps belong to the villagers. Poaching is a crime, so you should be careful who you sees you and who you try to sell to.
