Horseshoes are a category of Horse tack. They increase the speed of your horse. The actual speed increase varies in proportion to the horse's base speed - and it's also possibly affected by the Horsemanship perks you might have chosen.
Note that the Numerical and Percentage values below are the same thing, just reflected in different ways. Horeshoes don't apply both values.
