In the Flow is a Reading perk in Kingdom Come: Deliverance, which can be unlocked at level 3.

When reading, you will get tired and hungry twice as slowly as normal.

- This perk loses any sort of use if you take the Contemplative perk, as that one completely reduces any energy and hunger reduction so long as you remain still, whereas this one only does so, and only by half, when you are reading.
- The only benefit this perk offers over the other is that it is awarded at level 3 of Reading, so it is easier to acquire, whereas Contemplative requires a Main Level of 12 which invariably requires doing a significant number of quests.
