Gallows Hill is the execution place of Rattay, located straight to the west of the town, across the lake and the woodland that surrounds it. It is run by the executioner of Rattay, Hermann.
A woman named Elishka can be found crying outside Hermann's home, sparking the quest Tough Love. The area will also be used during Money for Old Rope, where the famous Executioner Heinz from Kuttenberg will attempt to publicly execute three notorious criminals.
