After committing a crime, you get a +1 bonus to Strength and Vitality until you're caught or leave the scene of the crime.
Notes[]
- The perk does not work the way it is written. Instead you will benefit from these bonuses only when you are caught committing a crime.
- Widely considered to be one of the worst perks in the skill tree, mostly because it is not worded correctly, but also because the boost given to you is too small be worth having fights with guards.
