The Cuman prisoner is a minor character in Kingdom Come: Deliverance. He was part of Sigismund's invading army. He spoke very little Czech.
Biography[]
He was captured by the hired hands at the Mill of Budin after falling from his horse and hitting his head. The miller of Budin asks for Henry's help in determining what is to be done with the heathen in Lost in Translation.
If Henry decides to take the Cuman to Rattay, en route he will promise to lead Henry to where he has hidden some money. Henry can then take the stash, and either release the prisoner, execute him on the spot, or take him to Rattay and hand him over to the Bailiff for a further 100 .
However, the Miller would prefer that the Cuman prisoner be interrogated so that he tells him where his stash is, so the Miller can keep it for himself. As no-one speaks Hungarian, Henry goes off to find someone who does, and brings back the Vagrant. The Cuman tries to convince the Vagrant to lure Henry into a trap, which Henry may or may not catch onto.
Then, the Cuman will lead Henry to the place he has hidden his stash, at which point Henry can either release the prisoner, execute him on the spot, or take him to Rattay and hand him over to the Bailiff. It is implied that his fate will include torture, and eventually execution. Of course, Henry can just choose to let him go.

If you simply want to turn him in to the Bailiff, then when he offers you money en route to Rattay, tell him that you're going to take the money and still hand him over. He will lead you to a camp in the woods where there will be 3 cumans waiting to 'talk' with you. Once you deal with them and track him down again, you can then ask him to take you to the money - which he will do. After you've picked up his stash you can still turn him in to the Bailiff for you reward.
