Grows most of all on banks by water and in ditches around fields.

Greatly helps the health and stamina, but induces fatigue.

Called also Black Salsify, it is the best remedy for broken bones, swelling and bruising and aids as well against internal pains from the bones. It is used for health and resilience, but it also drives away horses and big animals.
