The Cleaver is a weapon used in Kingdom Come: Deliverance. It is held in Henry's main hand and classified as a hunting sword.
Description[]
Originally a hunter's weapon, which served to finish off prey and butcher the carcass. Due to its similarity to the short sword, it began to be carried by burghers, whose social status warranted carrying an ornate weapon. Contrary to the short sword, however, it has only one sharpened edge and is unsuited to stabbing. Many of them lack crossguards, making it worse for blocking.
How to Obtain[]
- Can be purchased from the Swordsmith in Rattay.
- Wielded by one of the guards during the confrontation between poachers and guards, in Hare Hunt or Sheep in Wolf's Clothing.
Notes[]
- Despite its looks, it does hold true to its name, because it deals the most slashing damage out of all the hunting sword.
