- During Miracles While You Wait, either pickpocket the Gamber, win a game of farkle, or persuade him to give it to you.
Notes[]
- Anytime after you complete Miracles While You Wait, you can pickpocket this item from the Charlatan whenever you'd like. (It will get stuck in your inventory, forever, if you do.)
