Beef is raw food item in Kingdom Come: Deliverance, and is a type of raw meat. It is obtained by hunting cows, can be cooked to make cooked beef, used in a drying shed to make dried beef, or used in a smoke house to make smoked beef.
If you killed the cow yourself, its meat will be considered stolen, as cows belong to the villagers. Poaching is a crime, so you should be careful who you sees you and who you try to sell to.

- This is how you make meat dumplings. Finely chop your beef, or better yet, crush it in a mortar, if you have one. Add the parsley, egg and salt, knead well and add some flour for thickening. Then artfully form the dumplings and fry them in lard.
