Balthazar is a well-spoken but mysterious character. He quietly observes things, with an uncanny ability to remember these details for later. He also doesn't appear to be moralistic, noting that while he doesn't work for free, he has no qualms assassinating someone when paid to do so. Despite this, he notes he helps with pain and other ailments if one is needing such services.
