Bad Blood is the first subquest in the Kingdom Come: Deliverance DLC Band of Bastards.

- Report to Sir Radzig.
Walkthrough[]
After you tell Kuno you're ready to go on patrol, you and his band will automatically fast travel to the road east of Samopesh. Continue following the group until smoke is seen on the horizon, and you'll eventually reach a raided farm west of the Inn in the Glade. When you arrive, you can inspect the dead bodies, piles of broken furniture, wagon, and smoldering building. In the northeast building, in addition to a dead dog you can inspect in the living area, in one of the smaller rooms you'll find a note (Message for Sir Radzig) attached by a dagger to a shield (House of Zoul shield) on the wall. Show the shield and note to Kuno, and he'll tell you to return to Sir Radzig. (If you instead fail to find the note within about three hours after the mercenaries arrive at the farm, Kuno will find the shield and note himself, the quest objective "Search the burnt-out farm." will fail, and you will receive the objective "Ask Kuno how things turned out at the farm." Kuno will then give you the items when you speak to him, and the quest will proceed.)

Raiders' location
You may report to Sir Radzig at this point to complete the quest, but if you wish to find and take revenge on the bandits who destroyed the farm, don't do so yet. To track the raiders, talk to Stephan Fletching in the field to the east. He'll note he found blood tracks leading east across the meadow. Head east to the empty unfinished cabin, where you'll see a dead horse just southeast of the building. Inspect the horse, then continue following and inspecting the tracks to the east (including an apple sack, a piece of cloth on a tree, some bloody rags, and a barrel) past the road intersection with the conciliation cross. The raiders are in a forest clearing near a deer hunting spot east of the intersection. If you listen to their conversation, you may hear them call Sir Radzig a traitor. Once you find the raiders, you will fulfill the quest objectives "Try and find traces of the attackers." and "Track the raiders." and earn the achievement Tracker.
If you don't want to attack the bandits by yourself (there are nine bandits who never sleep, and several are leaning against trees, making stealth kills impossible), return to Kuno and tell him you tracked the raiders to enlist the band's assistance. Fortunately, the clearing provides ample opportunities for mounted combat and kiting. Kuno can die in the battle (failing the quest and the DLC questline), but his men will only be knocked unconscious if defeated. Alternatively, if you kill all of the bandits by yourself then return to Kuno, you will be treated to one of the better dialogue lines in the game. Either way, after the battle, you can loot the bandits, the items stashed in the open crate and three of the piles of sacks, and some more apples from the sacks next to the barrels.
When you report your findings to Sir Radzig, he will explain the history between him and Hagen Zoul, instruct you to continue working with Kuno and his men to thwart Hagen's marauding, and reward you with 225 , ending the quest.
Bugs[]
- The note and shield may be invisible.
