The aesop potion is a type of potion in Kingdom Come: Deliverance, which can be prepared at an Alchemist's bench.

Recipe Description[]

A recipe from the secret learning of the Arabs, which was used for its success in handling animals, for the smell of the substance has a calming effect on horses and all animals and is so pleasing to dogs that they even forget to bark.

Potion Description[]

Horses and dogs will love you! It increases your Horsemanship by 5 for ten minutes and for the same period, dogs will not bark at you.

Uses[]

The Aesop potion can also be applied to Drinking water.

  • A single potion can be used to poison a stack of 5 Drinking water without diluting the effects, providing a 5-for-1 deal.
  • Applying it to Drinking water filters out the alcohol, allowing players to benefit from the potion's effects without becoming Drunk.
  • This is especially useful before tough battles, where using multiple potions might lead to unintended drunkenness.
  • Poisoning Drinking water filters out the nourishment value of potions, enabling players to use multiple potions without Overeating.

  1. Pour spirits into cauldron.
  2. Add 1 Wormwood and Wild boar's tusk to cauldron.
  3. Boil for 2 turns using sandglass.
  4. Allow cauldron to cool fully.
  5. Add 1 Belladonna to cauldron.
  6. Grind 1 Comfrey using mortar and pestle and add to cauldron.
  7. Distill.

Quick-Brew[]

  1. Pour spirits into cauldron.
  2. Add 1 Wormwood, Wild boar's tusk, 1 Belladonna and 1 Comfrey to cauldron.
  3. Distill.

  3. Grind 1 Comfrey using mortar and pestle and add to cauldron.
  4. Distill.

  1. Pour spirits into cauldron.
  2. Add 1 Wormwood, 1 Wild boar's tusk, and 1 Belladonna to cauldron.
  3. Grind 1 Comfrey using mortar and pestle and add to cauldron.
  4. Pull bellows 3 times.
  5. Distill.

Note: This recipe yields 3 potions, no perks needed.
